Extremely helpful turning me onto a great cat food for my kitty. He’s still over there eating it, so portion control will have to be implemented, but he LOVES it, so I’m a very happy customer :)

This is the kind of place, and people, that honestly make me wish I had more animals so I could give them more business. Always helpful, and ever since I adopted my cat there from a SW Humane Society adoption event a few years ago, have been treated as if I was a favorite customer every time. Please, shop here - you'll be glad you did!

We really love all the natural pet nw store locations, they have a good selection of pet food, toys, treats, etc. They carry my dogs favorite duck heads, chicken hearts and feet, and have all the food including raw; you may want. The staff are kind and knowledgeable and I go here semi frequently to stock up supplies.

They offer so much more than just a place where you can find many healthy food options for your pets. I made the mistake of running out of food, and mine use a special kind. They gave me samples to use until my order comes in. They truly partner with you.

Stopped by to get an after grooming treat from the dog shop grooming next door! Employee was super sweet! Place is very clean and has quite a variety of goodies and fun toys! Oakley and laska enjoyed the beggar treats, thank you!!!

They went above and beyond in trying to help me find something my puppy would enjoy eating. I explained it to them and they ran to the back to get me samples of their recommendations 😅. I was so shocked on how much they cared. We got samples and when my wife added one last item after I paid, they let use have it for FREE. I begged to pay but they insisted on it being on the house. They won our loyalty and we’ll be back for more ☺️. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have a dog with allergies and she was very helpful in finding a good treat for my girl to chew on. There's plenty of toys, food and treats to choose from. Looks like a good selection of dog beds and jackets as well. I also was given a couple samples of a dog food the sell in store for my moms dog. Will definitely be back when I'm in need of more dog items
